Nissan Skyline R34 Cat 1 Alarm Fitting

The Nissan Skyline is a legendary vehicle being the R34 it really is a lovely car. In Car Advancements was asked to install a Thatcham Cat 1 that was linked to the turbo timer so the vehicle can be locked with the engine still running in it's turbo timer period. We modify the Cobra Thatcham Cat 1 to allow this to work perfectly. The Cobra is simply outstanding in terms of performance and reliability.

This system protects doors, boot, bonnet and covers the vehicles interior by using a none visible microwave sensor. This means the only item you will see within the vehicles interior is the LED. The LED is used to show the alarm is active and also for an emergency override if needed. The override is entered via a 4 digit pin number which comes with the alarm when new.

The Cobra cat 1 also benefits from a very loud 118db siren which is sure to get some ones attention if the alarm is sounding. We protect the bonnet by also adding an additional pin switch. In the event of a thief attempting to attack the siren it will instantly trigger. It features a full battery back up siren for additional security.
