The Pandora Elite Thatcham Cat 1 is designed for customers that want the best and nothing less. The Elite has a very detailed LCD remote which is fully rechargable, with the full online service meaning your car can be tracked ( via GPS ) via a smartphone or desktop PC ( Subscription required / first 6 months FREE ). It has the ability to track the vehicle at anytime and offers all the features of the Pandora Smart pro but has the OLED recharageable remote with back up battery siren meaning if the wiring is cut or the vehicles battery is disconnect the alarm will keep sounding. This system allows you to add the wireless immobiliser modules giving you ultimate security. The system can also be programmed to unlock your vehicle when walking towards it ( additional parts may be required ) giving you complete control over your vehicle. The Elite also offers you the ability to adjust every sensors via the LCD remote or your smartphone (This excludes the internal zone sensor).

Pandora Elite Thatcham Cat 1 is a telemetric security system includes all of the best features that Pandora has to offer. There are many original solutions applied in the system which makes it one of the most complete and safe systems on the market. All of the software and Bluetooth chip within the Pandora Elite has been upgraded. The alarm system has a new GSM/GPS/GLONASS beacon which provides additional connection to a satellite in case the main signal is blocked. Unlike other devices on the market the Pandora Elite Immobilises your vehicle in more than one way

Our packages are all about layers of security. One of the key points of any aftermarket alarm is the engine immobiliser. All our packages come with a minimum of 2 immobiliser points on any installation with up to 2-5 immobiliser points on the larger systems. Want the most secure installation in the world? why not add our wireless immobiliser modules onto your system! These talk to the alarm wirelessly meaning even if the wiring is traced back to the alarm ECU they still won't be able to find the wireless immobilisation module.

Handsfree locking also works with your OEM door button and proximity key.

Pandora’s Handsfree locking allows you to Simply walk up to your car with the Pandora tag in your pocket. When the alarm systems detects the immobiliser tag, the vehicle will automatically unlock and disarm the Pandora system, completely handsfree. As you walk away, and the tag signal is lost, the alarm will arm, lock and secure the vehicle. No more fumbling around looking for your keys and pressing buttons! ( Works on certain vehicles / don't have a Pandora system fitted based on this feature working )

It will also work through your Fords ( and many other vehicle manufatures ) Proximity entry with proximity key. With the security encryption of the Pandora tags. No tag and the pandora will stay fully armed and immobilised.

Adjustment Sensors can be simply adjusted using sliders in the Pandora specially designed smartphone app. Also lock unlock your car all from your Smartphone up to 20meters away * Only on certain vehicles *. The Pandora Elite offers everything you could possibly want in a security package. The Elite is regarded as the most advanced alarm and tracking system in the world. Please be aware this excludes the Interior sensor ( This is adjusted via the sensor ).

We have already established that, the standard OEM factory remote encryption can be scanned and cracked. But by using the encrypted Pandora immobiliser tag as well, the owner can still use the OEM remote safely to lock/Unlock the vehicle. What this means is as long as the Pandora tag is with in the set distance from the vehicle, when pressing the lock/unlock button on the factory remote, the Pandora will also arm and disarm. If the code from the OEM key is scanned and transmitted back to the car by a thief, and the tag is not close to the car, the Pandora will stay armed and immobilse the car making it near impossible to take the vehicle.This also means all the owner needs to carry on his key chain is the factory OEM remote and Pandoras tiny immobiliser tag.

Please be aware of the following when choosing a Pandora product

Anti hijack - None of the Thatcham approved Pandora systems feature anti hijack due to Thatcham testing / approval guidelines. Thatcham do NOT allow any alarm in the UK to have anti hijack. If you require anti hijack to be installed at additional cost & activated on your vehicle, your system will NOT be Thatcham approved / NO certificate will be issued.

Handsfree locking & smartphone locking - None of our Pandora security systems feature any form of handsfree locking or smartphone lock or unlock features as standard. This is always down to vehicle security updates on many vehicles such as VAG, BMW, Ford and Mercedes. These updates are created by the vehicle Manufacture and they are designed to stop certain Can-Bus messages being sent when the factory security is active / which are not within our control. However if your vehicle does have the ability to have these features working through Can-Bus we will activate these. A good example is a Renault Trafic 2014 -2020 which allows all handsfree and smartphone locking features to work flawlessly. If you require all handsfree and smartphone locking features to work on a BMW for example it is possible however it will require additional parts & you will need to give up a spare key. Proximty Dual Zone warn away - Some customers want warn away siren chirps if someone walks up to the drivers or passagers window glass. This additional warn away zone is an additional £50 on any Pandora installation. Please be aware the dual zone proximity sensor is NOT compatible with all vehicles and as such don't base your buying decision on this sensor alone. The sensor can ONLY be adjusted via the sensor itself which will / may need to be adjusted by the customer, we will explain how this is done and supply a full guide. Engine temperature - The Pandora security systems allow you to view the engine temperature on the mobile app or a separate remote control in some cases. This temperature sensor is built within the siren body, although the sensor offers a good reading it is not an exact reading and only to be used as a guide.

Fuel level - The Pandora systems allow you to enter the mobile smartphone app or Seperate remote in some cases to get the fuel information from the vehicles Can-Bus line and in some cases it may slightly under read or over read. And on certain vehicles not at all. Please bare this in mind when having a Pandora system installed.

ADR tag - Every Pandora system features a secure anti clone & anti scan ADR tag. The battery inside this tag is a CR2032 and dependent on use will last between 4 - 6 months. It is down to the customer to make sure a decent Duracell battery is used to guarantee reliability. If you need to change your battery view our Pandora ADR Tag battery replacement guide.

Remote start - None of the Pandora security systems feature remote start as standard. Remote start is an optional extra and as such will require extra parts and additional labour costs. Please be aware in 90% of cases you will also need to give up a spare key for your vehicle. This spare key is then mounted inside a secure keyless immobiliser bypass module behind the dash. This means you will loose the spare key for your vehicle and it will NOT be able to be removed or be used at a later date due to the modifications required. Subscription - Pandora eye, smart & elite models all come with 12 months FREE subscription. After this period has expired the subscription will need to be renewed at £125 per year. This can be re-newed via Pandora directly on 0203 7908 666.

Pandora Sensors - All Pandora alarms are installed at there factory pre-set settings, as such these are the recommended settings with the best results, however every vehicle is different and the vehicle may be parked in different Environments ( for example ( a vehicle being parked on a building site and a large amount of vibration is present could cause a shock sensor to trigger ). As such you may need to tweek these sensors which can easily be tweeked via the Pandora BT smartphone app. Find out more on Pandora Sensor Adjustment.

Warranty - All Pandora systems come with a 3 year product warranty as standard meaning any components that become faulty during the 3 years will be replaced under our no quibble warranty. This covers normal manufacture defects NOT abuse or product modifiaction. Any tampering with installation will VOID all warranty. We cover the labour warranty for 1 year, after this period has ended a call out charge of £150 will be payable to replace any components for the remaining 24 months.

Remote Engine Shut Down - Shutting down of the engine is only supported on certain vehicles, as such we can't immobilise an electric vehicle in motion for example. You MUST advise if you need this feature to work before any system is installed. certain charges for additional immobiliser modules may apply.
